Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Delivery time

We aim to deliver most orders within 2–8 weeks. The delivery time for each product is listed in the product description. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product configuration, production schedule, stock, season, and delivery location.

Products made to order or configured to customer requirements may take longer.

Delivery method

We offer standard kerbside delivery to most mainland UK addresses. The delivery price varies according to your location. We may be unable to deliver to certain remote areas, including some Highlands and Islands locations, or may need to apply additional charges. Placement, assembly and final positioning services may be available in selected areas for an additional charge.

Additional Assistance & Installation Service costs £589 in England & Wales. Please request a quote for Scotland.

Consumer cancellations and returns

If you are a consumer and have purchased standard goods through a distance contract, you generally have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days after the day on which the goods are delivered to you or a person nominated by you. The products must be unused and otherwise undamaged.

To cancel, email info@gardenvity.co.uk with a clear statement of your decision.

After cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To submit a withdrawal request, please fill in the form with your name and order details.

After you submit the form, we will send you a confirmation by email. Please note that some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if they were made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Exclusions

The cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised goods. This may include configured hot tubs and other bespoke items.

Return costs

Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for the direct shipping and transportation costs associated with returning canceled goods and must pay them in advance. Since our goods are large and bulky, return costs may be significant.

Condition of returned goods

You must take reasonable care of the goods. We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund timing

Where you validly cancel a consumer order, we will reimburse the payments due without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever occurs earlier, unless we are legally entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

If goods are faulty, not as described, damaged on arrival, or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details, photographs, and a description of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Warranty

A general 2-year guarantee period applies to Gardenvity products for factory defects.

Some individual parts/accessories (steps, shelves, glass holders, insulated faux leather cover, thermometer, heater doors, ash drawer) are subject to our 12-month warranty.

It is crucial for you to read thoroughly and follow the instructions on installation, operation and maintenance of Gardenvity products since failure to do so can result in damages that are not covered by our warranty.

Gardenvity shall take all necessary steps to rectify the issue and/or parts as we deem appropriate. It is essential that we work together to reach a satisfactory resolution promptly.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
